Reservation terms

1. What a reservation is

A reservation is a $75 deposit that holds your place in the first production run of Unsampled. It is not a purchase, and it does not obligate you to buy anything. The balance for a unit is charged only if and when you separately confirm your order.

2. Refunds

Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships — for any reason, or none. Reply to your Stripe receipt or email matt@hear360.io and we'll process it, no questions asked. Refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. If a refund to your card fails (for example, an expired card), we'll email you to arrange an alternative.

3. The production threshold

The first production run proceeds only if we reach 100 reservations by December 31, 2026. If we fall short, every deposit is refunded automatically and in full — you don't need to do anything. Reaching the threshold is required for production but does not alone guarantee it; if we cancel the run for any reason, all deposits are refunded in full.

4. Price and balance

The target price is $2,995, excluding tax and shipping. Your $75 deposit is applied to your final price. Before you owe anything beyond the deposit, we will confirm the final specifications and final price with you; you may then confirm your order or take a full refund of your deposit. If the final price exceeds the target, you'll know before any further charge. The balance is paid through a fresh checkout at confirmation — this reservation does not store your card for future charges.

5. Product status

Unsampled is in development. Specifications describe the planned first production run and may change before release. Our return and warranty policy will be provided before you confirm your order and pay any balance.

6. Updates

Reservation holders receive a monthly build log at the email address provided at checkout, including the build/no-build decision. You can unsubscribe from updates without affecting your reservation.

7. The name

UNSAMPLED is a working name. If the product ships under a different name, your reservation carries over unchanged, and we'll tell you before anything appears on a card statement.

8. General

Reservations are personal and non-transferable without our consent. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: matt@hear360.io.
