Privacy policy

What we collect

If you join the email list: your email address. If you place a reservation: your email address and the details you enter at checkout (such as name and billing country). Payments are processed by Stripe — your card number goes to Stripe, not to us, and we never see or store it. Stripe's own privacy policy governs its processing.

What we use it for

Two things: sending you build updates, and administering your reservation (receipts, refunds, the build/no-build decision, and order confirmation). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

Email

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes promptly. Unsubscribing from updates does not affect an active reservation.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting page analytics to count visits — no advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies, no sale of browsing data.

Deletion and access

Want your information corrected or deleted, or want to know what we hold? Email matt@hear360.io and we'll take care of it. California residents may exercise their rights to access and deletion the same way; we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here and, for anything significant, email you.
